We stand behind FurGone completely. If it doesn't work for you and your pet's specific hair type, we will refund every penny under our verified policy guidelines.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund. To protect our business against fraudulent or automated claims, all refund requests must be validated by our support team via a quick visual verification.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@furgone.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of what happened (e.g., your pet's breed or the type of fabric you tried it on)
- Mandatory Requirement: A clear photo or a short video clip showing the specific surface/fabric you used FurGone on and the results.
Please note: To maintain policy fairness for all customers, refund requests cannot be processed without this quick visual verification. Once the photo/video is received and validated by our team, your refund will be processed immediately within 3β5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Late Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us at support@furgone.co.uk.
